Abstract

In view of the abrupt contradiction of the frequent finding of staphylococcus pyogenes albus in the vagina of pregnant women, and the extremely rare finding of it in childbirth fever, the author raises the question whether the previous opinion was not the result of our constantly being examined by this almost constantly on the surface of the body.
