Abstract

The author performed 27 laparotomy for chronic inflammation of the uterine appendages. On the basis of this material, the author examines in detail the ethiology and pathology of these diseases, the indication for operational intervention in them and the subsequent state of the operated patients. The author did not have any death in the entire 27 laparotomy.
