Abstract

The author insists on the need for abdominal hemorrhage in any case of intra-abdominal bleeding during tubal pregnancy. In cases simulating hemorrhage from the tube (for example, hemorrhage in the intestinal and stomach cavity), the cut of the abdominal walls to the peritoneum makes it possible to ascertain or exclude free blood in the peritoneal cavity, thanks to the education of the peritoneum.
