Ott informed those present that on August 28, 1894, the Elisavetgrad Medical Society, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of its existence, was sent the following congratulatory telegram: “The Obstetric and Gynecological Society welcomes the Elisavetgrad Medical Society on the occasion of its 25 and wishes him success in the field of science and in the future.
