Development of continuity between the college and the medical organization for the beginning of the nurse career

Аннотация

The shortage of nurses is a global problem. At the same time, many graduates of medical colleges have difficulty finding employment. The formation of continuity between the college and the medical organization helps to solve the problems of employment of a graduate of a medical college and reduce the shortage of personnel in medical organizations. An algorithm of interaction for ensuring continuity between an educational institution and a potential employer in preparing a graduate for further employment, tested in practice, is presented.
