目的。旨在介绍题为《医科大学学生饮食行为的决定因素》的研究,该研究致力于评估医学生饮食行为的决定因素。

材料与方法。本项队列研究拟纳入就读于Northern State Medical University(Arkhangelsk,俄罗斯)18–25岁的学生。计划样本量为2500人。研究对象为青年群体的饮食行为。研究内容为饮食行为的情感-神经症性和社会人口学决定因素。研究材料将包括在Northern State Medical University开展的人体测量与社会心理学调查中获得的数据。本研究不设对照组。本研究不设对照组。

预期结果:本研究将确定所研究人群中体重过高与体重过低的患病率,评估饮食行为障碍的发生频率,明确饮食行为的情感-神经症性和社会人口学决定因素,评估其在饮食行为障碍形成中的权重。同时,将探讨个体情感-神经症性特征(焦虑、抑郁、强迫、轻躁狂状态)与人体测量指标(体重、身高、臀围、腰围、皮褶厚度)之间的关系。基于所得数据,有望确定饮食行为障碍不同类型所对应的个体情感-神经症性特征概况。
