Abstract
The analysis of inter-model doctoring basic principles and rules of medical ethics. The most professional and justified morally peer model of healing, but in certain clinical situations are adequate paternalistic and engineering model. Because it is difficult and sometimes impossible to monitor compliance with the basic principles and rules of medical ethics, the use of paternalistic and engineering models require a doctor's high professional and moral responsibility, and when used in relation to disabled persons - strict observance of certain legal norms, including the main is obtaining informed consent to medical intervention legal representative of the patient.
