Abstract
The article describes a forensic medical examination of a person with a mental disorder. It also focuses on medical opinion of forensic science experts on the consistency of their actions in the course of forensic medical examination of people with mental disorders. The article includes a number of recommendations on the interaction between mental health and forensic services in such situations.
