Abstract
Examined are the biological effects of folic acid and pathological conditions developing in the case of folate deficiency. Particular attention is paid to the application of innovative dermatological aspects of oral contraceptives with antiandrogenic action and antimineral-corticoid enriched stable metabolically active form of folic acid - calcium levomefolatom (Metafolin®). Results of treatment of 67 women aged 16 to 32 years old with acne 2-3 minutes with the severity of the localization of the pathological process of the face and / or body Yaz® drugs (43 women) and Yaz® Plus (24 women).
