Азербайджан в региональных интеграционных процессах: роль и перспективы взаимодействия с ЕАЭС

Аннотация

Рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты участия Азербайджана в региональных интеграционных процессах. Представлен исторический экскурс становления международного сотрудничества Азербайджана со странами региона СНГ и ключевыми экономическими партнерами в мире. Анализируется экономическое взаимодействие Азербайджана со странами ЕАЭС и возможный потенциал его развития. На основе данных Государственного статистического комитета Республики Азербайджан рассчитаны ключевые показатели внешней торговли Азербайджана с региональными экономическими интеграционными группировками и предложена их иерархия. Обосновывается наличие значительного экономического и социально-гуманитарного потенциала притяжения Азербайджана в группировку ЕАЭС. Возможности интеграционного взаимодействия Азербайджана с ЕАЭС носят объективный характер и связаны в первую очередь с транспортно-географическим положением, а также производственными возможностями и взаимодействием товарных рынков. Пока интеграционный потенциал не реализуется в полной мере, но наблюдается явный тренд в сторону сближения Азербайджана со странами ЕАЭС. Ускорение и углубление использования интеграционного потенциала будет зависеть от многих факторов, но прежде всего факторов геополитического и социально-экономического порядка. Наиболее реалистичным вариантом интеграции Азербайджана в группировку ЕАЭС является сценарий предоставления стране статуса ассоциированного члена с последующей более глубокой степень экономической интеграции.
