Abstract
The review is given to the monograph of the young scientist V. V. Vershinina, dedicated to the topical problem of Vietnam's regional integration. The author of the work not only analyzed the foreign policy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, but also considered the concept of a “middle power” and its modern interpretations.
