Lymphatic vessels of the female genital organs

Abstract

The lymphatic system of the uterus has occupied the minds of anatomists and gynecologists a lot over the past twenty years; lymphatic vessels of the ovary and tubes are less studied. The author, starting to study the general lymphatic system of the female genital organs, injected and sequentially dissected lymphatic vessels in more than 300 subjects of different ages.
