D.O. Ott chaired.
38 members were present.
1) Chitan and approved protocol No. II.
2) Revision commission from members of A.L. Eberman, I.V. Chernysheva and E.F. Batsevich, reported to the Society that, during the audit of the cash register, the last one was found by them in full order.
All those present thanked the treasurer, N.I. Stravinsky, with long and friendly applause for the constantly exemplary conduct of the Society.
