Abstract

After the usual ligation of broad ligaments from the anterior surface of the tumor, resp. of the uterus, the peritoneal flap is separated, based on the bottom, correspondingly the thickness of the cervix, and at the base of the flap through the thickness of the cervix, catgut ligatures are carried out sagitally and frontally, when tightening which the neck lasts for 3-4 tied areas.
