Walcher's discovery, consisting in the fact that when the legs are hanging, conj. vera in pregnant women is almost a whole centimeter more than with the knees brought to the stomach, found by the author a brilliant practical application during the operations performed at the Dresden obstetric clinic * from October 1892 to June 1893.
