To the question of the forensic medical significance of the place rupture of the annular hymen with masturbation

Abstract

For the solution of questions about the rape of girls, the most important meaning should be attributed to the condition of the hymen. It is known that there are several forms of it. This work refers only to the hymen in the form of a damper, according to the classification proposed by Dr. V. Merzhevsky, and, moreover, the most common form of it, circular or annular, resembling a diaphragm.
