Abstract
Regarding one case, in which a nulliparous woman who suffered a few years of posterior curvature of the uterus developed psychosis, despite the complete elimination of the seizures of the first illness (retroflexio) pessary hedge a, dr. hr. discusses the causal relationship between non-puerperal uterine and mental illness. The author, on the basis of extensive gynecological practice — more than 2000 hospital observations — denies the connection between them.
