Abstract
Restoration of the perineum with a complete rupture of it is not in itself tricky and especially difficult for the operator (for the most part), and for the patient's life, this operation is completely safe, but not less, with some complete ruptures of the perineum, to reach prima after restoration of it (perineum) it is not particularly easy if there are still cases in which they have already operated on, but for some reason unsuccessfully.
