At the present time, the author has left all the old methods of disinfecting the uterine cavity during the preparation and the last day of the operation (exfoliation, supravaginal discharge, etc.) and disinfects it with a fluid 100 ° steam, which, as a disinfectant, turned out to be a very good other and putrefactive endometritis and with protracted suppurative fistulas communicating with deep-lying cavities.
