Abstract

At the first birth, 35 years old, the author diagnosed an omnivorous pregnancy; After taking the patient to his Maternité de Liège, he kept her under constant supervision for 2 ½ months and, after waiting for the normal pregnancy period, produced an abdominal section, with a live baby removed, weighing 2800 grams and 48 centimetres long.
