Abstract
The purpose of the study – to examine the determinants of anxiety during physical training, methods of overcoming it, and the development of adaptation methods for cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to anxiety.
Research methods and organization. The work implements analysis and synthesis, induction and generalization, as well as employs a hypothetical method that allows for the confirmation of results through the proposed theses. The study was conducted among respondents serving in departmental educational organizations.
Research results and conclusions. The results of the work highlighted the relevance of the issue of combating anxiety among students in higher education institutions, as well as its representativeness, reflecting the necessity of a reasonable use of a correct and individual approach to the personality of students, the application of certain adaptation techniques during practical classes, as well as the possibility and ability of the faculty to accumulate the surrounding environment in order to create favorable conditions for the functioning of students, cadets, or listeners.
