Abstract
The purpose of the study is to develop and test a comprehensive methodology that integrates digital technologies and social networks to enhance physical activity among various age groups.
Research methods and organization. The study was conducted in several fitness clubs in the city of Gomel (Belarus). The experiment involved clients participating in group training sessions with fitness equipment, strength training, and fitness for beginners. Fitness applications, gadgets, and social networks were used to track activity and motivate users.
Research results. The preliminary results indicated positive changes in the level of physical activity among the participants. The participants noted improvements in endurance, strength, and overall well-being. Beginners in fitness reported an increase in motivation and confidence in their abilities.
Conclusions. The methodology has proven its effectiveness in improving physical fitness and user motivation. It contributes to achieving fitness goals, makes workouts engaging and motivating, providing constant support and interaction with the community. It is recommended to expand the trial to other fitness clubs and include additional types of training for a more comprehensive analysis.
