Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the developed methodology for enhancing the level of psychomotor skills and interhemispheric interaction among students of the special medical group during classes in applied physical culture.
Research methods and organization. The methods used include the SAM methodology, the Romberg test, dynamic balance, reactive ability, tests for accuracy and agility of movements, the Stroop test, the Ozeretsky test, and the Marina Vals test. The developed methodology was tested on female students from a special medical group during the educational process. The study involved 26 girls classified as belonging to the special medical group based on their health status.
Research results and conclusions. A reliable improvement in the indicators of psychomotor skills and interhemispheric interaction has been identified. An improvement in well-being, activity, and mood was also noted. The results obtained allow for conclusions to be drawn that the application of the developed methodology effectively influences the studied indicators.
