Statistical modeling of the output parameters in process of machining of ceramic composite materials with using bound-abrasive
摘要
The article describes theoretical and experimental results of the statistical simulation of ceramics after treatment using bound-abrasive АС4 63/50 processes. The article presents statistical equations with a subsequent decrease of the problem dimension with the aim of adequate analysis of the studied patterns. The experimental dependence of the output process indicators are described (removal rate and surface roughness) in the field of statistical optimum response function when processing ceramics VK-100 using the method of finishing with the help of bound-abrasive.

Used automotive catalysts as major sources of secondary precious metals
摘要
Used automotive catalysts are the major sources of secondary precious metals. The analysis of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical technologies of extracting the precious metals from disposed automotive catalysts was made. The reasonability of use for utilization of new catalyst generation on metal transmitter of collector melting in plasma-arc furnace using self-generated steel manifold is introduced. We have outlined the directions of research works on a substantiation of process of autocatalysts utilization parameters.

Material prerequisites for the creation of machine-building products of new generation
摘要
The creation of fundamentally new engineering products is impossible without materials, whose characteristics are many times higher than the world average. However, the traditional technologies of hardening materials have exhausted their potential. The output from the impasse of technology is based on using possibilities of nano-sized states of substance that was implemented on example of system of carbon-carbon. The proposed technology can be modified for creating of nanomaterials with characteristics that are many times higher than the achieved level of other chemical raw materials using gas-, liquid-and solid-phase crystallization processes.

Technique of definition the complexity of castings by design and technological parameters of a cast part
摘要
During the production of castings there are often appear the problems connected with complexity of their manufacturing. They carry both technical, and economic character. As a rule, in conditions of production, these tasks are solved on the basis of the practical experience based on subjective character at their assessment. In this article authors, leaning on the principles which are put at the beginning of these works, offer a technique by determination of casting complexity, irrespective of a way of their manufacturing on constructive and technological parameters of a cast detail. Estimated criteria of their definition were developed for each of groups.

Influence of the mode parameters on the technological characteristics of the injector hole broaching operation
摘要
Influence of the pulse duration on the machining time and instrument wear touching the electroerrosion drilling of the little diameter holes on the special machine tool is shown experimentally in this paper. The dependence between speed of erosion and hole depth is investigated. The statistical regularity of distribution operation time and the instrument wear speed is revealed. Engineering solutions for a higher stability drilling of the holes are proposed.

Some features of the reducing of weight and size of high pressure vessels (HPV) with using of a thin-walled metal shell-liner from titanium alloy VT-1,0 are considered in this paper. Modern methods of hollow metal microsphere manufacture
摘要
The energy and resource economy are for many countries the key words in there live, which, in case of science, is the intelligence resource application, define the further way of development of technologies. The present paper reveals one of the energy efficient ways of science investigation in light construction of materials. The small hollow spheres made from different materials could change the weight of a construction part essentially, used as acoustic and thermal insulation and also as protection against vibrations and energy, induced by plastic deformation of material. They can be used as a unit cell for big parts and alone filled with an inert gas, e.g. fusion targets. The methods of their production could be divided in chemical, powder and metallurgical. The metallurgical method requires the intelligence application, because it is based on the own properties of the materials and boundary conditions of the process, not involving any organically core and preparation of the powder.

In the paper there is investigated the cutting tool properties of high-strength composite ceramics with multi-coated cutting hardened steel. Mathematical models of cutting are obtained. They establish the dependence of the wear and tear on the back of the instrument, roughness of the machined surface of the parts, the tangent component of the cutting forces, as well as cutting power on the modes of turning. A problem of cutting tools modes optimization is made of high-strength composite ceramics. It is established that the application of the multi-functional coatings on ceramic cutting tool allows you to increase the efficiency of processing.

Highly effective layered tool materials with nano-dispersed multi-layered of wide range of applications

The paper presents the development of layered composite material, which includes a carbide substrate, a ceramic layer and a nano-scale multilayered coating. Each element of a layered tool material fulfills individual functions. The carbide layer provides raised toughness and strength of tool material, the ceramic layer provides resistance of a tool material to oxidation, corrosion and high-temperature weakening at elevated temperatures, the nano-scale multilayered coating decreases thermal-mechanical stresses on the rake face of the tool and eliminates superficial defects of the ceramic.

Possibility for finding of a common solution for Navier-Stokes equations
摘要
The paper considers equations of a particle of a Newtonian fluid motion (equations of Navier-Stokes) in a vector form. The equality to zero of a rotor of the gradient is used, so it allows to move to one vector equation only by the speed and rotor speed. This equation contains the linear and quadratic terms. On the basis of the observations of the trajectories of the liquids flow in leakage from the tank through a tube, the trajectories of the flow does not change when fluid consumption changes, the conclusion is that with a change in flow velocity the equality of quadratic and linear parts of the motion equations can only be stored in that case, if these parts are equal to zero. This allows you to move to a more simple system of equations than the Navier-Stokes equations.

Radiospectroscopy of magnetic materials
摘要
The paper presents the results of experimental and theoretical research of magnetic materials synthesized for use in the creation of functional radio electronics devices. Observations showed paramagnetic resonance, ferromagnetic resonance, resonance of the magnetostatic spin waves, nonresonant absorption of electromagnetic waves during the quasistatic magnetization reversal of the objects of research. According to the results of measurings of the observed physical phenomena were calculated studied magnetic materials characteristics; magnetization, anisotropy constants and so on.

Approximate model of forecasting resource during the impact of non-Gaussian processes

The article develops approximate forecasting model assessments of fatigue life of power elements for the case of loading of stationary stochastic processes with the law of distribution ordinate different from the law of Gauss. The paper sets forth the method for constructing a robust control suspension of the automobile when there is an interval uncertainty of car cargo weight and drivers’ mass as well as the impossibility of measuring deviations of the car body and the driver's seat of their state of rest. The paper gives clear justification for the relevance of the application of synthesized robust control in comparison with other on the quality of the transient processes.

Dynamic robust stabilization problem for the linear nonstationary systems

The paper gives the definition of robust stabilization tasks of the object and the d-robust task; provides a definition of robust control and the method of synthesis of optimal guaranteed control is indicated, and the withdrawn selection rules of the indignation worst parameters from the known range; considers the formula that relates under some of the worst parameters the initial state of the object, restrictions on the right end and the time of the transition process system for which it should go to the state, satisfying the boundary restrictions. The theoretical results are supported by numerical examples.

The conclusion of the Dirac matrices in the real, complex and quaternionic representations
摘要
The article examines the relationship between the laws of the multiplication of vectors in the covariant Clifford algebra and Dirac matrices. The result is that spatial Dirac matrices are recorded in the form of a matrix structural permanent Clifford algebra over a geometric space. Spatio-temporal Dirac matrices represent the structural constants of the condensed Clifford algebra on the space-time. The structural constants are considered on the set of real numbers, complex numbers and quaternions.

The problem of spreading of the plastic layer consisting of different environments

The paper presents application of the theory of flow of the plastic layer between approaching surfaces of the tool body, modeling the processes of forming and molding of thin-walled structural elements. Within the simplified statement a boundary-value problem of the flow of a thin plastic layer shaped region composed of two different environments is formulated. The authors provide the precise solution of the problem with respect to the flow velocity and contact pressure. They derived the evolution equation for determining of the boundaries of spreading plastic layer. It is shown that the boundary wedge areas remain straight.

Multicriteria optimal design turbomachine disk

Modern concepts of using optimization technologies for structural design are considered. Several approaches of optimization problems for compressor disk are considered. The problem of total weight minimization under certain stress and stiffness constraints is investigated. All results were obtained using developed FE analysis program connected with SQP optimization procedure.

Generalized method of supplementary strain in the problems of beam torsion
摘要
Generalized supplementary strain method efficiency is shown by beam elastoplastic torsion problem solving using BEM formulation. Dependence of convergence rate on modified shear modulus and on the twist angle was studied. Optimal choice of plasticity parameter leads to maximum convergence rate for this method.

Based on the equations of inelasticity related to the class of flow theories in the combined hardening authors obtained the applied version of the theory of elastic-plastic processes and approximation of plasticity functionals in non-isothermal loading in creep conditions.
