Abstract
The Russian banking industry has undergone significant transformations over the past decade. The number of banks in the country has decreased threefold. Leading Russian financial institutions are adopting an ecosystem-based approach, providing a comprehensive range of services including asset management, financial planning, and insurance. Russian banks are seeking to diversify their revenue streams by reducing their reliance on interest income. This allows them to maintain competitiveness and stability in a rapidly evolving economic landscape.
