The works of leading scholars on this topic, as well as various approaches to teaching children's literature is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the studied material, a number of key aspects that primary school teachers face when preparing and conducting literature lessons are identified. The ways of solving the problem of teacher’s understanding of the specifics of studying children's literature are suggested.

Currently, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are increasingly being integrated into various professional fields. Simultaneously, the training of skilled professionals demanded in the modern job market cannot be achieved without incorporating AI tools into university curricula. Subject-language integrated courses offered in specialized classes for senior students have three main objectives: a) developing foreign language communication skills; b) laying the foundations of professional competencies; and c) professionally orienting students. The implementation of modern AI technologies in these courses for 10th and 11th grade students will immerse them in the world of their prospective profession and support their professional self-identification.This paper discusses the potential of a web-based application powered by the Gamma AI technology to support career guidance for future computer scientists, addressing some of the challenges they may face in their professional lives.

This article considers computer graphics as one of the means of developing interest in Russian culture. The results of the research devoted to the study of the peculiarities of interrelationships of learning motivation, affiliation motives and coping strategies of first-year university students are presented. The study involved 50 students: 25 students of the speciality “Clinical Psychology” and
25 students of the speciality “Pedagogical Education”. The obtained data on the revealed statistically significant relationships between the indicators of learning motivation, affiliation motives and coping strategies can be used to develop a practical course to improve the learning motivation of first-year students.

The possibility of studying the morphology of Germanic languages, particularly German, with the help of English morphology is investigated. Morphemes and word-formation models of the languages in question are analysed for their semantic similarities and differences, as well as their productivity. Cognitive-communicative and lexical approaches for comparative teaching of German morphology on the basis of English are considered. A possible method of morphological skills formation based on the comparative analysis of German and English morphemes and word formation models with the use of artificial intelligence is proposed.

The bankruptcy institution plays a significant role in the state economy. It helps to restore the solvency of debtors, and in case of restoration impossibility, to pay off creditors’ debts as much as possible. However, not all entities start and conduct bankruptcy proceedings in good faith. Sometimes their actions may also be criminalized. The purpose of the study is to consider a number of issues that need to be known and taken into account when conducting bankruptcy procedure.

The modern world cannot be imagined without the widespread introduction of information technology. People use different digital solutions every day. However, these technologies have also found their application in criminal activities. They have had a significant impact on drug trafficking. The use of such technologies has made it possible to conceal the identity of criminals, which has significantly complicated the work of law enforcement agencies in investigating these cases. Nevertheless, tools aimed at simplifying both the detection and investigation of crimes in this area is currently being actively developed. The analysis of subjects related to illicit drug trafficking has been conducted. The study has revealed several issues in the investigation of these crimes. The practical relevance of this work is in the development of recommendations for improving legislation on investigating crimes related to illegal drug trafficking through the use of modern information technologies.

A comparative elements’ analysis of the offense covered by Article 275 and Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is conducted. Conclusions are based on the analysis of high treason. The results of the study showed that treason is a serious threat to Russia in the geopolitical instability conditions. The practical significance of the study consists in the recommendation of improving the regulatory and legal framework and preventive measures to prevent treason.

The influence features of the external and internal economic conjuncture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries on the large-scale farming development are considered. It is established that the landed estates development in the post-reform period was determined by crisis phenomena in the country’s economy. It is shown that the normalization of the economic situation has stabilized the economic performance of private estates.

The aim of the study was to analyse the personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Empire in the second half of the 19th century. The source base was the memoirs of officials published in the journals “Russkii Arkhiv” and “Russkaya Starina”, in which references to personnel reshuffles within the higher and provincial administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were revealed. It was concluded that the period of the Great Reforms of 1860-1870s had a significant impact on the personnel composition of the state apparatus, as the implementation of the planned programme of reforms required new qualified personnel. The attention of the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs P.A. Valuyev to the formation of the governor's corps as a cadre reserve to fill the highest state positions was noted.

Accents and dialects of the French language, widespread in the countries of North Africa, are studied. The influence of historical, social and cultural factors on the formation of these lexical variations and accentuations is considered. Features of phonetics are highlighted, and a comparison with the Parisian pronunciation variant is made. The importance of dialects in social identity and how they influence the perception of native speakers is also touched upon.

The problem of rebranding is considered using the example of a non-chain shopping and entertainment center. It is noted that the rebranding involves both changes at the level of visual identity and at the level of the concept of functioning and content of the shopping and entertainment center. The paper describes the preparatory stage of rebranding, describes the target audience groups, and presents individual results of in-depth interviews with representatives of the target audience.

Modern approaches to detecting and recognising political fakes using artificial intelligence and data management technologies are studied. The existing methods of automated verification of political content are analyzed, and a comprehensive model for detecting disinformation is proposed. Special attention is paid to the problems of applying neural network algorithms in the process of identifying fake messages and assessing their effectiveness in modern political communications.

The study is devoted to the problem of university-graduate interaction from the perspective of forming loyal communities of alumni, interaction with employers, joint initiatives development, as well as the coverage peculiarities of this type of activity in university media. The content analysis of new media of universities for 2023–2025 shows the increase in the materials’ frequency on this topic, and allows to include the thematic area ‘interaction with alumni’ among the previously identified priority thematic areas (education, science and innovation, educational work and patriotic education, sports, university, career guidance, persona).
