Abstract
The place of artificial intelligence in copyright relations is indicated. The analysis of foreign legislation and domestic legal doctrine regarding the legal personality of artificial intelligence in intellectual property law is presented, which lead to the conclusion that intelligent machines do not have signs of a copyright subject. The issue of legal regulation of objects created by artificial intelligence within the framework of cross-border copyright relations is considered. The author believes that it is necessary to develop conflict of laws rules that contribute to increasing the protection of the results of intellectual activity.
