Studying the possibilities of forming the pragmatic competence of a multicultural linguistic personality based on integrated foreign language teaching (on the example of English and French languages)
Abstract
The possibilities of developing pragmatic competence from the point of view of forming a multicultural linguistic personality is considered in the study. The structure of pragmatic competence is analyzed. Based on a comparative analysis of the English and French languages in the aspect of pragmatics, the classification and analysis of pragmatic markers at the lexical language level are carried out. Methodological recommendations on the organization of integrative teaching of grammatical means of English and French languages are proposed. An algorithm for the formation of the pragmatic competence of a linguistic multicultural personality has been developed.

On the issue of the legal personality of artificial intelligence in cross-border copyright relations
Abstract
The place of artificial intelligence in copyright relations is indicated. The analysis of foreign legislation and domestic legal doctrine regarding the legal personality of artificial intelligence in intellectual property law is presented, which lead to the conclusion that intelligent machines do not have signs of a copyright subject. The issue of legal regulation of objects created by artificial intelligence within the framework of cross-border copyright relations is considered. The author believes that it is necessary to develop conflict of laws rules that contribute to increasing the protection of the results of intellectual activity.

Administrative contract: prospects for developing in Russian Federation
Abstract
This study evaluates the prospects for the development and expansion of the use of such a specific source of law as an administrative contract in Russia. The features of an administrative contract are analyzed in detail in order to understand the uniqueness and specificity of this source of law. The development history of some types of administrative contracts in Russia is investigated. It is concluded that the administrative contract as a source of law in Russia is actively developing.

Issuance of several exclusive licenses as a mechanism of exclusive right commercialization
Abstract
The issue of the possibility of issuing several exclusive licenses for the use of the same intellectual property object in accordance with Russian law and established practice is considered. The conclusion is formulated that there is a correlation between the considered possibility and potential commercialization of intellectual rights to the licensed intellectual property object, namely: the issuance of several exclusive licenses for the same object, as a rule, leads to an increase in income of the right holder of this object.

Some labor features of hired agricultural workers in the estates of the Central Chernozem region in the late 19th – early 20th century
Abstract
The peculiarities of labor relations of agricultural workers in the owner’s economies of the Central Chernozem region in the late 19th – early 20th century are analyzed. The problems of mutual relations of both the employer and the employee are characterized. It is established that after 1861 landlords were increasingly interested in maintaining the profitability of their industries, increasing the profitability of the agricultural complex, which caused the selection of not so cheap as competent and disciplined labor force.

Abstract
The ethical issue of virtual forecasting, its expediency and impact on people’s value orientations are considered. The purpose of scenario engineering in its application, its causes and consequences are identified and analyzed. An analytical study of historical material on the application of the predictive method and its further transformation into predictive virtuality has been carried out. The ethical aspects influencing the very application and development of scenario technology are revealed.

Abstract
Design is considered as a kind of spiritual and practical creative person’s activity from the point of view of its correlation with the philosophical utilitarianism theories. The key ideas of classical utilitarianism are outlined, as well as the peculiarities of its understanding in modern philosophy. The significant utilitarianism role in the formation of theoretical and philosophical foundations of design and in its development is noted. Implementation examples of the usefulness principles in the work of a modern designer when creating products and services are given. The author’s development of the design of a multifunctional creative space, taking into account the utilitarianism principles, is presented.

Comparative analysis of consonantism in English and Chinese
Abstract
The sequential study of English and Chinese languages is considered. A comparative analysis of the consonantisms of English and Chinese languages is carried out, their similarities and differences are revealed, phonetic features of consonontal sounds are analyzed. The principles of the consonantism formation through the organs of the speech apparatus are analyzed. The use of consonant sounds in speech is considered by examples.

Abstract
The phonostylistic means in the organization of the artistic space and their influence on the perception and interpretation of the work are analyzed. The purpose of the authors’ use of phonological stylistics is determined. The most popular of them are highlighted: euphony, onomatopoeia, alliteration, assonance, each of which is considered as the most useful means of creating a harmonious artistic space. The sample of the study was made up of works by authors of the 19th century, both Russian and foreign literature.

Comparison of the mentality of the British and the French by the comparative analysis of idioms related to animals
Abstract
A comparative analysis of 34 idioms of English and French is carried out using a parallel concordancer. In the course of it, a relative coincidence is found in the percentage of metaphorical uses of idioms. Similarities and differences in the use of zoonym components in them are revealed. The connection between the influence of idioms on mentality and successful communication is considered.

The dynamics of the emotional state in women during weight loss
Abstract
The results of the research devoted to the diagnosis of emotional state and its dynamics in women during weight loss are presented. The research involved female subjects aged 21 to 38 years with excessive weight. The methods of self-assessment of emotional states (A. Wessman and D. Ricks), the Feeling, Activity, Mood questionnaire, the Differential Emotions Scale (K. Izard), the Color Relationship Test of A.M. Etkind are used for data collection. The importance of the research is determined by the widespread and ever-increasing number of people with overweight and the resulting consequences in the form of violation of mental and physical health.

Formation of a superhydrophobic coating on carbon steel for corrosion protection
Abstract
In this work, a superhydrophobic coating on St3 steel is obtained using modification of electrodeposited nickel with myristic acid. The wetting edge angle is 154°. Corrosion gravimetric tests are carried out: during 14 days of exposure, the samples were kept in an aqueous NaCl solution with a concentration of 0.5 M. The protective effect is 80 %.

Methodology for the formation of project skills of school students within the framework of the Urban Ecostation project
Abstract
The work done inside the eco-stations-microgroups formed for the interaction of students of the natural science field and schoolchildren is presented. For the development of project skills among schoolchildren of grades 7–8 of the MAEI “Center of Education No. 13 named after Hero of the Soviet Union N.A. Kuznetsov” in Tambov, and the formation of environmental education within the framework of joint activities of schoolchildren and students, an ecological trail is developed. The work is carried out in four directions, thanks to which students studied the environment and its parameters within the framework of the project and the territory of the ecotropy.

Data Science in economic processes
Abstract
The economic application of Data Science (DS) has been investigated. DS – “data science”, originated at the junction of statistical and numerical data mining. The paper describes the main most promising areas and areas of effective use of various DS tools. Using the example of the Russian functioning markets, the use of “data science” methods in economics is illustrated. The constructive potential of DS is shown, which can be used in the process of goal-setting in the digitalization context of the economy to ensure the economic security of the Russian Federation and build effective marketing strategies.

The problem of measuring the uneven territorial distribution of entrepreneurial activity in the modern Russian economy
Abstract
The study is devoted to the problems of measuring entrepreneurial activity in Russia at the subnational level. Four original indicators reflecting the density of entrepreneurship and the state of the business environment in the regions of Russia are proposed. The leading regions and outsider regions in terms of entrepreneurial activity in Russia have been identified. The study confirmed the existence of extreme unevenness in the distribution of entrepreneurial activity between the subjects of the Russian Federation. An inverse relationship was found between the gross regional product (GRP) and the shares of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the GRP of the regions, the absence of a positive impact of small and medium-sized businesses on innovative and economic development in the regions of Russia, and it was also shown that the choice of indicators for measuring entrepreneurial activity significantly affects theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations.
