Theme of the journal. The journal has a multidisciplinary focus, it is established to publish articles of social-humanitarian, physical and mathematical, and natural science profiles.
The journal publishes the articles that have the scientific and practical value for academic society: original articles, review articles, reviews. The basic headings of the journal are:

The preference is given to the original articles containing new results of the theoretical and applied research within the headings of the journal. The editorial welcomes the review articles containing the analysis of the modern Russian and foreign publications allowing assessment of the state of the problem under consideration.
All the articles submitted to the editorial must be reviewed (double-blind peer review); the manuscripts are not given back.
The manuscripts are published in the journal on a non-commercial basis.
The authors of the journal are young scientists from different scientific and educational organizations of Russia and foreign countries. The publication is intended for students, post-graduate students, research scholars, higher school lecturers, and all those who are interested in achievements of modern Russian science.
Languages used for publication: Russian, English, French, German, Chinese.

Policy of the journal. The aim of the journal is wide coverage and dissemination of scientific achievements of young scientists in various fields of modern science. The journal is aimed at stimulation and support of creative initiative of young scientists, active use of relevant methods of scientific activities. The important objective of the journal is publication of the results of scientific research undertaken within the framework of leading scientific directions of Derzhavin University.
The editorial may disagree with the point of view of the authors. The responsibility for the contents rests upon the author. The reference is obligatory when using the materials of the journal.

Abstract
It is discussed the ways of teaching interference neutralization within the framework of a specialized school. The relevance of the study is justified by the students’ necessity to study phraseological units in order to develop language competencies for improving their language proficiency. The ability to translate idiomatic expression into English considering all cultural characteristics, allows students from a specialized school to acquire linguistic communicative skills and give their speech the necessary expressiveness.

Issues of implementing the institution of legal liability for violations of environmental legislation
Abstract
The problems associated with the application of legal responsibility for non-compliance with the norms of environmental legislation remain relevant due to the need to fulfil their socially significant functions. The analysis of theoretical and legal foundations of legal responsibility for environmental offences is given. The results of the study allowed to identify a number of problems in law enforcement practice. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of proposals to improve the legislation in the field of legal responsibility for violations of environmental law aimed at ensuring environmental safety.

The socio-demographic consequences of the modernization of landed estates in the Tambov Province during the late 19th and early 20th centuries
Abstract
The features of the socio-economic activities impact of landowners on the surrounding peasant population are analyzed. It is established that a comparison of the demographic parameters of rural residents living in large capitalist farms areas and outside these areas makes it possible to assess the cultural and social transformations’ degree of the traditional population under the modernization processes influence. It is shown that the shift to landlords for work and the change in the rural employment structure have modernized the peasantry behavior, affecting their marital characteristics complex.

Socio-political views of Tambov Vice-Governor N.Y. Schilder-Schuldner (1908–1911)
Abstract
The study examines the socio-political activities of N.Y. Schilder-Schuldner, vice-governor of Tambov (1908–1911). Based on the study, Schilder-Schuldner’s political views are classified as right-wing conservative, leaning towards the Union of October 17 and supporting the political program of P.A. Stolypin. It is concluded that despite N.Y. Schilder-Schuldner’s desire to integrate into public policy, he was unable to become a deputy due to various circumstances and continued his career in administrative service, implementing his socio-political vision within the limits of the vice-governor’s position.

The image of teacher/mentor in modern English literature: the novel “Elizabeth Finch” by J. Barnes
Abstract
The novel “Elizabeth Finch” by contemporary English writer J. Barnes is analyzed. The typological connection of the novel with the works of world literature representing the theme of the relationship between teacher/preceptor/mentor and pupil/student is established. The general and individual-authorial principles of consideration of this theme are revealed and the ways of artistic embodiment of the teacher’s image in the researched novel are characterised. The demand for the novel “Elizabeth Finch” among professional readers and researchers (philologists, teachers) and young generation (schoolchildren, students) is substantiated.

Abstract
The modern scientific ideas about the phenomenon of everyday life and the ways of its embodiment in a work of art are characterized. The concentration camp daily life depicted in H. Morris' novel “The Tattooist of Auschwitz” is analyzed. The most significant aspects of this everyday life that influence the consciousness, behavior, and actions of the main characters of the novel are identified. The perspective directions of further research of the novel in the context of works devoted to the reflection of the Second World War and the problems of the Holocaust are clarified.

The role of the special project “Citizen of Rostov-on-Don” in the spiritual and moral values formation
Abstract
The special project role of the magazine “Nation” in the Russian spiritual and moral values formation is considered. The essays’ and podcasts’ analysis that are published on the publication’s website in the period from 2022 to 2024 is carried out. A total of one hundred publications are studied. The conclusion of the study is that the special project “Citizen of Rostov-on-Don” of the magazine “Nation” contributes to the spiritual and moral values formation of the audience.

Abstract
Modern digital platforms and formats of user content placement are described. Among them, the most popular Internet sites in the world and on the Russian Federation territory have been identified. The advantages and disadvantages of using user-generated content as a line of advertising are identified and analyzed. The options for motivating consumers to create their own content are considered. The theoretical basis is the works devoted to Internet marketing and brand promotion, as well as the author’s professional experience in the content marketing field.

The impact of artificial intelligence on changes in advertising content creation is explored, with a focus on new approaches and emerging challenges. Key technologies such as generative algorithms, natural language processing, and machine learning are examined for their use in developing text and visual materials. Special attention is given to the personalization of advertisements, the utilization of intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants, and the automation facilitated by platforms such as Adobe Sensei and ChatGPT. Additionally, the potential of integrating artificial intelligence into advertising is analyzed, considering the prospects of its implementation.

Abstract
The glossy magazines’ development and their increasing influence on audiences has led to a heightened discussion about the journalistic functions role in the content production for this kind publications. The novel contribution of this work lies in the functional aspects analysis’ of glossy magazines with the aim of exploring the significance of these functions for the cultural development of audiences. Empirical research material for this study includes the headings, sections, and content of the websites and printed editions of Vogue Italia and Voice magazines, as well as sections of The Blueprint’s website.

Abstract
Student multifunctional centers’ comparison of 6 universities in Russia is carried out according to the criteria: the center location; activities organization; type of documents; sending documents’ method. Similarities and differences in the office management of the student multifunctional center of Derzhavin Tambov State University are revealed. The conducted research allows us to assess the development level of student multifunctional centers of Russian universities, their importance in the activities of the university and the directions for their improvement.

The Russian banking industry has undergone significant transformations over the past decade. The number of banks in the country has decreased threefold. Abstract
This study examines the problems and the search for optimal methods of teaching students probability theory, combinatorics and statistics. On this basis, the educational and methodological support of this mathematics section has been developed for teaching middle and senior school students. It is proved that such a methodical approach forms the critical thinking of students.

The determination of microplastics in freshwater fish in Russia
Abstract
The methods used by different groups of researchers in the study of microplastic content in freshwater fishes of Russia and the results obtained in these studies’ course are reviewed. The sample processing stages are described, including the organic component removal and fragments’ separation. The studies show a high level of microplastic contamination in fish, which emphasises the urgency of the problem and the need for further research to assess the impact on the ecosystem.
